On the 16th of this month, on the initiative of the Mongolian Embassy in China, "Mongolia-China joint meeting to present the planning and development of the eastern vertical railway and port of Mongolia" was jointly organized by "Mongolian Railway" SOSC in Beijing, China. 
Participating in the event were the Ministry of Road and Transport Development from Mongolia, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Committee for Port Revitalization, the "Ulaanbaatar Railway" People's Republic of China, the "East Corridor Railroad" LLC from the Chinese side, the National Development and Reform Commission, the General Customs representatives of related organizations such as the Port Administration of the Republic of China, the State Railway Department, the trade and transport agencies of Liaoning Province, the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the People's Government of Jinzhou, and Jinzhou Port Co., Ltd.
On this occasion, they shared information about the construction of the eastern railway corridor (Borzya-Solovyevsk-Ereentsav-Choibalsan-Khuut-Bichigt-Zuunkhatavch-Ulaankhad-Chaoyan-Jingzhou port) included in the "Mongolia-China-Russia Economic Corridor Program", exchanged opinions.
