“Mongolian Railways” State-Owned Shareholding Company is planning to procure more than eight locomotives and four hundred wagons (rolling stocks) for its transportation operations and now would like to invite interested parties to submit their offers. Interested parties should submit following documents in either Mongolian or English within the time period that is specified in this invitation. The documents required to submit are: 1. Introduction of the organisation, 2. Introduction of rolling stocks, 3. Payment conditions, 4. Timeframe for the supply, and 5. Price offers. The technical specifications and capacity requirements should be obtained by emailing info@mtz.mn. Price offers for locomotives and wagons can be submitted separately. Sealed offers must be delivered in printed form (hard copy) to the office of “Mongolian Railways” SOSC /7th floor, A Block, Union Building, Narnii Zam-62, 13th khoroolol, 1st khoroo, Sukhbaatar district, Ulaanbaatar 14230/ before 14.00, January 9th, 2023.
